Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 26, 2026
We want PlanToGo to be easy to use for everyone, including people with disabilities. The website and the app have been adapted, as far as possible, to the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA. The app is available in English and in Hebrew.
What we have done
- A proper structure of headings, lists, buttons and forms, with the language and text direction set, so screen readers can interpret the content.
- Every button and field has an accessible name, including buttons that show only an icon.
- Color contrast at level AA, in light and dark mode. The mode follows your device settings.
- The app can be used with a keyboard. When focus reaches an element, a clear outline appears around it. Dialogs move focus into themselves, and Esc closes them.
- Text can be enlarged in your device settings or with the browser's zoom, and the pages adapt to the screen size.
- Place names in the local language are marked with their language, so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
- Every change to the plan asks for confirmation first, to prevent accidental changes.
- We checked the main pages with an automated testing tool (axe) and fixed every issue it found.
Known limitations
- The interactive map is not fully accessible to screen readers. All the information it shows (the places in order, the addresses and the navigation links) also appears in the day's list of places.
- Content created by automatic import, such as place names, may contain mistakes that also affect how it is read aloud.
- Navigation, the calendar and Google sign-in are external services, and their accessibility is Google's responsibility.
We keep checking and improving accessibility. If you run into a problem, we'd be glad to hear about it and fix it.
