Terms of Use

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This is an English translation of the Hebrew terms. If the two differ, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. General

PlanToGo (at plantogo.co.il and the app on it) is a service for planning and managing trips. It is operated by Nadav Barash (the "Operator", "we"). By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

3. Your account

4. Your content

5. Sharing

6. Accuracy

The service organizes the plan you upload as it is. It doesn't check it, fix mistakes in it or improve it, so upload a final plan.

Plans, names, addresses and locations are partly generated automatically, using artificial intelligence and open map data, and may contain mistakes.

Before relying on important information, such as flight, train or booking times, addresses or opening hours, check it against the source: your booking confirmation, the airline or the venue's website.

Navigation happens in external apps (such as Google Maps); using them is at your own responsibility and subject to their terms.

7. Prohibited use

Do not use the service in a way that breaks the law or harms others. Do not try to get around usage limits or security measures, and do not run automated tools against the service. Do not overload the service or try to access other users' information without permission.

8. Availability and liability

9. Intellectual property

The service, its code and design, the name PlanToGo and the logo belong to the Operator. Do not copy or use them without permission.

10. Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete trips in the app, and ask us to delete your account and all its data. We may suspend or block a user who breaches these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its update date. We will announce material changes on the site or in the app before they take effect.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
